Spring Term

Y3 Class Worship - Forgiveness

Y3 had a very important message to tell us in their Class Worship on 21st March. They had, as their theme, our Christian Value for this half-term - Forgiveness and they reminded us that Jesus said we shouldn't just forgive once or seven times but seventy times seven times. In other words, forgiveness should have no end. We should always find it in our hearts to forgive. By forgiving other people, that is how we will be forgiven ourselves by God.

A particular highlight of the Worship was when pupils acted out real-life situations in which they had found themselves.

Mrs Whaite was especially proud of the class as they had come up with all their own ideas and had then put them across so expertly to the rest of the school and their parents, grandparents and friends.

Thank you and well done, Y3 !

Year 1 Class Worship - Wisdom

Y1's Worship was on this half-term's Christian Value of Wisdom. They taught us how to make wise choices and how we can find wisdom in God's word, The Bible. They acted out the story of the foolish man who built his house on the sand and the wise man who built his house on the rocks. We enjoyed singing along to this and of course loved learning our new song 'W.I.S.D.O.M' with actions. Thank you, Y1, for entertaining us whilst getting across a very important message.
